I do not know myself with Nero Vision Essentials - I have Nero 7 Premium and Nero Vision 4, but can the same.
In Nero Vision said on the same page as you have about the room, then click on "More" (Advanced), then "Video Options", DVD-Video tab under transcoding quality, quality setting in the drop-down list, you can change the setting from automatic to Long Play, Extended Play, Super Long Play. Thus, extra-long video.
