I'll give you two types of brands. The first is the most expensive restaurant, and the other is for family-run restaurants in residential areas.

Food 5 4
Services 5 4
Cleanliness 5 3
Staff 5 4
Price 4 5
Toilets 5 3

I feel like a foreigner, that even the Chinese people no better way to try to understand that the needs of customers. Sometimes I saw out of the way some English-speaking Chinese to refer to translate my duty. I remember one time director at its head (McDonald's decided to Kwun Tong), it would be best for me and helped me in my seat and I paid the bill after the meal. (McDonald is usually required, in order to pay first and self-service).
In the restaurant staff in Hong Kong for the cooperation and support.
